Experience and Background

Jodie Croft

Jodie is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Omnia Learning Trust, which she established in 2013 as GEMS Learning Trust. Under her leadership, the Trust has grown into a multi-academy trust supporting schools across London and Oxfordshire, with a continued focus on sustainable growth and high-quality education. Before establishing the Trust, Jodie worked with the Swedish free school organisation IES to open a new secondary free school in Norfolk. Her previous leadership roles include Deputy Headteacher at Brentside High School in Ealing and middle leadership at Longford Community School in Feltham.

Alison Hill

Alison Hill is a tax partner at PWC, advising high net worth families in relation to their international tax positions. She is responsible for a portfolio of clients, leading relationships and ensuring clients receive the advice they require from across the firm.  Alison is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Tyler Jeffs

Tyler has extensive accountancy experience supporting charities, not-for-profit organisations and academy trusts. He is Director of T Jeffs Accounting Services Limited and serves as a trustee for Grafton District Scout Council, 1st Middleton Cheney Scout Group and Chenderit School Academy Trust. Tyler brings valuable financial, audit, risk and charity governance expertise to the Omnia Learning Trust Board.

Russell Massie

Russell is Chair of the Trust Board and brings extensive experience in policing, early intervention and pupil engagement. He previously worked as a Safer Schools Officer with Thames Valley Police and held strategic roles supporting children and young people. Russell now works for the Ministry of Justice, leading national coordination and oversight work focused on improving outcomes for children and families. He is a highly effective Chair, providing strong strategic leadership, constructive challenge and dedicated support to the Trust.

Duncan Millard

Duncan is an experienced educational leader, who has taught in a variety of schools over the last 30 years. His most recent role was CEO of a 9 school Multi academy Trust . The Trust incorporated a range of schools in both urban and rural settings, including primary, secondary and church schools. He also worked as an Ofsted inspector for the last 10 years. He is now self employed as a Leadership Coach, a wellbeing facilitator and school improvement partner for both primary and secondary schools. 

Jason Murphy

Jason is a qualified civil engineer with extensive engineering experience. He manages design delivery for residential and commercial developments and assists with planning authorities and statutory consultations on all aspects of project delivery. He helps companies plan and grow, and advises on Health and Safety/CDM, Technical Standards and quality management.

Nicola Poole

Nicola works for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), bringing extensive experience in financial crime, fraud, risk and governance. She previously served as Managing Director and Head of Financial Crime and Fraud at Barclays Business Bank and has held senior roles across global financial institutions including Citibank, Banco Santander, Nomura and HSBC. Her expertise includes strategic transformation, digitalisation, process automation, operational controls and customer service excellence. Nicola brings this extensive regulatory, risk and governance experience to the Omnia Learning Trust Board.

Jenelle Ross-Mc Intyre

Jenelle is a UK-qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience in Education, Digital Skills, and Workforce Development. Throughout her career, Jenelle has been passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential, whether in the classroom or the workplace. Jenelle is currently an ICDL Regional Accreditation Manager, empowering others to deliver training in digital literacy, and was previously a Corporate Trainer and Educational Consultant. One of her major projects was to implement the Virtual Horizon Program, aimed at devolving ICT and Education within developing countries. Jenelle’s background in teaching Secondary ICT, combined with her time working within an academy brings a deep understanding of the importance of equipping students with the right skills to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
